Day 1: Maiden ~Nervous System Regulation
Corresponds to: Start of the creative process, life force energy; *Chakras 1-2 (root/sacral), *Elements (Earth/Water) & *Somatic Trauma Release (Lower Body—Feet/Legs/Hips/Glutes)
Of all the goddess archetypes, who is more full of hope, optimism, & joie de vive as the Maiden? But, while she is playful and full of possibilities, her innocence can come with a dangerous naivete–(i.e. around predators, narcissists, & energy vampires) & vulnerability to trauma of various sorts.
*Healing involves: Learning ways to root down / keep herself “safe” (on all levels) through employing energetic boundaries to protect herself from leaking her energy (or power) to others.
Warrior
To properly fight partriarchal injustices, we need warriors in ALL phases of our lives! From righteous anger & rage to quiet rebellion, we’ll explore how to become stronger on all levels (physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically, energetically, & spiritually)!
Day 2: Mother ~ Shadow Work
Corresponds to: Maintenence of the creative process, sustaining life; *Chakras 3-4 (navel/heart), *Elements (Fire/Air) & *Somatic Trauma Release (Middle Body—“Inner Cauldron”/Heart/Voice)
Of all the goddess archetypes, the Mother does the most amount of work and the hardest “labor” (physical, emotional, spiritual)—with the least appreciation. Due to being primary caretaker/care-giver, she can easily fall into the overworked, self-sacrificial martyr.
Healing involves: Releasing sacred rage, prioritizing rest/self-care, setting fierce boundaries, speaking her truth (needs/wants/desires) so they can manifest.
Queen
When we fully reclaim our power & embody our kundalini shakti serpent within, we no longer overgive or underreceive: We know who we are & that we’re worthy & deserving, so our lives are overflowing with magic, riches, and abundance of all kinds!
Day 3: Crone ~ Emotional Alchemy
Corresponds to: End of creative process, death/dying/rebirth; *Chakras 5-7 (throat/3rd eye/crown), *Elements (Air/Ether) & *Somatic Trauma Release (Upper Body—Head/Neck/Shoulders)
Of all the goddess archetypes, the Crone embodies life wisdom from decades of living. Yet, while she has valuable lessons to teach younger women, sadly, she’s often seen as not “valuable” or is easily discarded or dismissed. In our Western, youth-&-beauty obsessed, death-phobic culture:
Healing involves: Respecting & honoring our “village elders” / older women for their unique magic & medicine, & ultimately “crowning” the crone/wise women within each of us!
