The real truth? For centuries, systemic oppression by patriarchy, colonization, & white supremacy created untold traumas—esp. for the most marginalized. We were told innumerable lies of oppression that make us think we’re small, isolated, or unworthy; it’s time to identify the false narratives & reprogram ourselves, on all levels. When we clear our mental debris, we see through the illusion of separation & see reality: We are all infinite, unlimited sparks of Divine Feminine goddess energy!
Pillar 2 ~ The Somatic / Trauma Alchemy
Dark Feminine Sacred Rage Release
If we don’t fully heal it, trauma lives in our bodies; often not just ours—but also our ancestors’. We can hold intergenerational trauma and wounds from colonization—without knowing it.
To access this primal rage, suppressed in our throats, hearts & wombs, we dance & move & shake to alchemize our anger—so it doesn’t eat us alive. We turn our rage into fuel by throwing it into the fires of transmutation and transformation.
Pillar 3 ~ The Roar
Goddess Chant & Voice As Medicine
From witches hung and burned on stakes to mother and sister wounds, women are told to shut up, be quiet, not rock the boat. Since they’ve been suppressed, we need to activate our voices for the revolution. But how do we feel “safe” enough to speak out against social injustices & inequities? By remembering the fierce goddess you are!
To unblock our throat chakras, we sing & chant to the Divine Feminine. Using sound healing helps to stimulate our vagus nerves, regulate our nervous systems, & shift us from freeze and/or fawn trauma responses (that keep us silent) into more empowered states so we can speak up and/or fight for our rights. It is TIME: our voices are medicine!
Pillar 4 ~ The Leadership
Building the Shakti Army
By decolonizing ourselves, raising our voices, & alchemizing our anger & rage, we heal to lead. We’re training the leaders of the new earth. The Shakti army is a comprehensive curriculum designed to empower women, marginalized folks, & spiritual warriors to stand firm in our truth.
This program gives you the strategic & spiritual tools to guide others through the chaos of the coming revolution. We gather in sacred temple space to call back our power & resources so as leaders, we are fully prepared to lead our communities AND the collective toward liberation.
